If you've ever used Notion, then you might know about Airtable. Some Notioneers are also actually huge fans of Airtable, and some of them want to integrate Airtable in Notion, though they don't know how to do that.

How to integrate Airtable in Notion

To integrate AirTable in Notion, you have to get the embeddable link of your workspace/base and then add it inside an "Embed" block within Notion. That's all!

1. Generate the HTML code for your base

The first thing that you want to do is select the Airtable base that you want to integrate in Notion. Got there? Cool.

Now, in the top-right corner, hit the "SHARE" button.

Once you've clicked share, you have to select whether you want to select the whole base or just the workspace.

That's up to you - make sure to select whichever option suits your needs best.

For this tutorial, we've clicked "Base", though the upcoming steps are the same for the workspace and for the base sections.

You will then have to click the box below the grey "Shared base link" text. Now you'll want to select "Private read-only link".

Next up, you should see a an icon with the "<>" symbol, and if you hover it, it should say "Embed". Be sure to click that icon.

2. Copy your Airtable widget's code

Upon clicking the "<>" icon from the previous step, you should now see a box with some code inside of it, and with a few embed customising elements next to it.

Here you can basically arrange the way that your Airtable preview will look like in Notion.

One you're done customising your Airtable widget, you want to copy that code. Remember that you have to copy the whole code in order for it to work in Notion!

3. Finally connect Airtable to Notion

For the third step, you have to go to your Notion page and create an embed block. To do that, you just have to type "/embed" and select the "Embed" block.

Inside the Embed block, you'll have to paste the code that was previously copied.

After that, hit the "Embed link" button and the Airtable base will finally be integrated in your Notion page.
