Notion Quote Template Tutorial

Add the contact data

Here, just like in any other quote, we first have to deal with the basic stuff: we need to fill in the billing data such as the addresses, the phone numbers, the email addresses and any other useful contact methods. In the template, you can see how we began with stuff related to when the quote was made and for how long is it available. Feel free to change the template with any of your ideas - you can remove and/or add other content than ours.

Calculate with the table

In the middle side of the page, you can see how there is a table. Import all of your numbers into the table, and it will automatically take care of all your calculus. Your job is only to import the numbers and a description for each item. Remember to verify the numbers at the end of the quote because typos can ruin the whole work you did on this quote. Also, be sure that you also check the description of each service/product as they have to be spelled correctly too.

Lower side & conclusion

In the lower side of the page, you can see the tax and the total - be sure to verify the numbers again, as this is the only part where you'll have to type the numbers manually. Going a little lower, you can see the sort of conclusion of the quote: there you can and should add the signature and the date when this quote was made. You can add the place if you'd like to, though at the end of the day, if that feels like too much, keep in mind that this is your quote that you can customise as you wish.

Frequently asked questions

No items found.
Why is this for free?
It's very simple. We're offering a Notion website builder.

Therefore, our strategy is pretty simple: we give out a lot more useful stuff for free to people than others do → people get to know about us. Some people will become paying customers, while others will become friends.

That's it. That's our philosophy.
Is it worth getting this? Why would I?
Hey, honestly? There are two ways to look at it:

1. The free version is very generous, so it costs nothing to try
2. We've spent hundreds of hours, so that you won't have to spend 10 hours writing these. Plus, imagine how much time we've saved the world: if 1,000 people download this, that's 10,000 hours saved (versus the 100+ we've spent).

Besides, it's in our interest to make this better. Got some feedback? We're happy to hear it.
How do I get this?
Go to the top of the page → click the coloured button. You'll be able to get download what we've presented on this page!
Are there going to be updates?
There sure are! And if you want to be updated, just get this (at least the generous freebie version), and you'll receive emails about upgrades we make to these.

We promise not to spam you — as another FAQ above suggests, we like to keep a tidy relationship.
