The Notion purchase order template's goal is pretty simple: making sure that you never lose track of your purchases.
With the help of this Notion purchase order template, you're going to basically note down all of your purchase orders and check them whenever you need them.
First of all, make sure to type the two most basic details that are necessary within a purchase order list: the name of the products that you bought, and where did you buy them from. This way, you'll never forget where does an item in your inventory come from. It's all clear now!

Up next, make sure to categorise your purchases so that you'd sort of "label" them in order to not easily spot your purchases on the list. Then, add the most important detail in the Notion purchase order template: the amount of money spent on that product. At the end of the column, you can see how they spendings are automatically calculated so that you don't have to deal with the math.

Lastly, if there's anything else that you want to add regarding your purchase order, here is the section where you can add them. At the same time, you can (and should) insert the date of when you've purchased the item so you would't lose track of that either.
