Notion Payment Summary Template Guide

Fill in the financial table

As soon as you open the Notion payment summary template, you can see the table entitled "Financials summary". The purpose of the table is to define all of the payments, the invoices, the total amount of money and the current status. There are four sections added by us, but feel free to add or remove as many sections as you want. At the end of the day, it's your very own template, so you can (and should) adjust it to all of your needs.

Note the payment's details

You'll then see the "Payment details" section. Here we always suggest typing all of the bank-related details of the payment, such as the bank's name, the IBAN, the SWIFT and the reference numbers. These IDs can help you easily identify the summary of the payments when you want to learn more about these. To be precise, these IDs are the most helpful when you go to your bank and ask for such details.

Ugh, got more tasks? Add them to the list!

Sometimes, clients have even more expectations and extra to-dos that they want to be done faster. If there's any last-minute task that you really don't want to forget, but though, a task that you have to do quickly in-between your other tasks, make sure to add it in the list. Simply hit "ENTER" between any of the existing expectations and start writing it. Then, mark check it off finished.

Frequently asked questions

Why is this for free?
It's very simple. We're offering a Notion website builder.

Therefore, our strategy is pretty simple: we give out a lot more useful stuff for free to people than others do → people get to know about us. Some people will become paying customers, while others will become friends.

That's it. That's our philosophy.
Is it worth getting this? Why would I?
Hey, honestly? There are two ways to look at it:

1. The free version is very generous, so it costs nothing to try
2. We've spent hundreds of hours, so that you won't have to spend 10 hours writing these. Plus, imagine how much time we've saved the world: if 1,000 people download this, that's 10,000 hours saved (versus the 100+ we've spent).

Besides, it's in our interest to make this better. Got some feedback? We're happy to hear it.
How do I get this?
Go to the top of the page → click the coloured button. You'll be able to get download what we've presented on this page!
Are there going to be updates?
There sure are! And if you want to be updated, just get this (at least the generous freebie version), and you'll receive emails about upgrades we make to these.

We promise not to spam you — as another FAQ above suggests, we like to keep a tidy relationship.
